Dear Real Estate Investor:

Are you tired doing things that you hate or not doing enough of the things that you are passionate about?

I know for me it all started when I enterered corporate America as a CPA in 2005.

Bright eyed and busy tailed, I was ecstatic of just being able to get a job - and a high paying one at that.

I was over the moon - until I realized that the life I had created by working so hard in college, was NOTHING like what I pictured in my head.

I felt trapped going to work everyday - I felt completely unfufilled with the work I was doing - and by the time I got home every day, I barely had enough hours to prepare for the next day ahead.

Sure - I had weekends off(half of the time), but every Sunday I dreaded going to sleep and waking up to a life that I wasn't passionate about.
"There had to be a better way", I thought.

Soon after, I picked up a copy of the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki and it completely changed my mindset on how money worked - and my life trajectory.

Rather than focusing on making money at a job - I focused on buying assets that gave me positive cash flow.

While I had no money to start, I learned the ins and outs of creative financing, partnered up with some of the right people, and built equity and cash flow along the way.

I started out slow, but over time(and as I invested in my education and got more experience), my assets and my passive monthly cash flow grew larger and larger.

5 years into my journey, I had enough passive income to float all of my living expenses, quit my corporate job - and pursue my passion - which luckily for me happens to be real estate investing.

Since then, I've grown a real estate company that fixes and flips over 100 homes per year, a real estate brokerage that has over 300 agents all while growing my passive income portfolio year after year.

The key is that I stay busy because I like what I do - not because I have to. I now have 4 kids and as you can imagine - a very active home life.

While I am very busy with my business, I've never missed one dance recital, baseball game, school open house - or really anything that I've wanted to do.

I've never had to ask for a day off or wonder if I can pull off extending a vacation with my family.

And I've never had to live frugally - I own two beautiful homes, nice cars(including a sports car and am the proud owner of two mini vans).

I say all of this not to brag, but to express my enthusiastic results that I have acheived by investing in passive income real estate.

The best part is - there’s nothing special about me.

My Personal Experience Is Living Proof That Investing In Real Estate Will Change Your Life

My personal experience is living proof that buying passive income real estate can be done by anyone - whether you have experience or not.

I certainly had no experience with real estate when I started over 15 years ago.

I grew up from humble beginnings - raised by two great partents but with no financial means to speak of.

The road towards financial freedom is easier than you think - as long as you are willing to get educated and put in the work.

For the past few years, we have been in a market where passive income investors in every market are making an absolute fortune.

Why is This?

Passive Income Investors Have Been Blessed By Inflation

For most people, inflation is a very bad thing. Rising prices have hurt many families and individuals across our nation.

 With that being said - inflation helps passive income investors.

Passive income investors lock in their monthly mortgage payments - while the rent that they collect goes up every year.

In my market(Greater Boston), rents have tripled since I got into the business. Apartments that used to rent for $800 are now renting for $2,400 - it's almost hard to believe.

When rents go up, mortgage payments stay fixed - meaning that almost all of the monthly rent increases are pure passive income profit.

Inflation is not expected to decrease anytime soon and in many markets across the United States, there are more renters that need apartments than there are available apartments.

To make matters worse(or better for passive income investors), owning a home is becoming out of reach for many would-be buyers.

Those buyers need a place to live - and many are becoming long term renters.  

The Mistake I Made Early On:

The biggest mistake that I made early on was that I was trying to do this WITHOUT standing on the shoulders of giants. I tried to reinvent the wheel, instead of implementing PROVEN systems that were already working for other successful passive income investors.

 If you’re like me, you probably think you can do things better than anyone else.

Don’t get me wrong, I am really smart and hardworking but this thinking got in my way BIG TIME

It wasn’t until I had my Daughter(in January of 2013), that my thinking about the way I did business changed.

I no longer wanted to work 100 hours a week - EVEN THOUGH I LOVED WHAT I DID

By learning how other passive income investors worked and thought, I was able to systemetize my passive income business so that I could have more time to spend with my family.

But here’s the real shocker:

Once I started working smarter: I MADE A LOT MORE MONEY in a lot less time
