I used to be an accountant, by day, and dreamed of working for myself by night...
At first I was too scared to make a change and give up my steady paycheck. Once I learned about becoming a real estate agent, I thought that i had found the solution to all of my problems.  

As an agent, I could get paid well, live life on my own terms, and work my own hours. 

 The only problem was the reality of being an agent was drastically different from what I had imagined while sipping coffee staring over spreadsheets as an accountant, dreaming of a better future.

 The first strategy I tried was working my sphere. Everyone said this worked... Only it wasn’t working for me. 

Yes, I did get a couple of deals... But it felt like it was a constant uphill battle. The strategy felt unnatural to me.. I just didn’t like selling to close friends and family, but I was told this was the only path to success so I kept doing it. And sure, I would close a random deal here and there... but then the market would shift, or I would exhaust my sphere, and I felt like my entire business had fallen apart. 
Even though everyone said I had to do things “their way,” they were wrong.
Well, they weren’t entirely wrong. “Their way” worked to get me a couple deals(and it worked for them), but it just wasn’t a sustainable path to success for me.  

I would stare at that commission check for a couple thousands dollars, knowing that it had to hold me over until the next deal, and wonder if I was ever going to feel secure in my new career.

There was no way that I could keep up what doesn’t come naturally to me for years to come...

So I did things differently. I actually took a look at myself, and what came naturally to me, and adjusted what I was doing.

For me, working my sphere wasn’t a good fit. For you, things could be different. Maybe you like working your sphere, or maybe you tried another strategy that felt like an uphill battle.

The point is, everyone needs a custom plan based on their style and personality.

When I started to shift my strategy to fit my personality, I didn’t really know how to do it.

I thought I could just look at the different personality types, pick the one that I was, match up a strategy and be off to the races.

But I chose the wrong strategy... again.

A couple false starts and 3 months later, and I went through a diagnostic process (that we’re going to take you through at this live event), that showed me exactly which type of agent I was.

The rest, as they say.. Is history.

10 years later, and I see over 1,500 commission checks pass through my desk each year
Yes, I really do 1,500 transactions a year with my team. 

Remember, I used to be an accountant who didn’t know anything about real estate.

And now I walk through the halls of my office here in Wakefield every morning, and say hi to my team of 350 agents as I sip my morning coffee.

They’re all working hard at changing their lives, closing transactions, and doing it in a “zero resistance” manner..

So I’ve seen the patterns over and over again, I just didn’t have a name for them until a couple of years ago...

That’s when I met Ryan Snow and he showed me there were 11 different ways for agents to get the results they’re after.
